Roya’s career spans across the corporate media industry and SME sector as Commercial Director, MD and Non-Executive Director.  She has supported over 400 scale up businesses in the last few years across most industries to accelerate growth and profits.   She has run large government business support contracts including EM3 Growth Hub and will be happy to make sure you are linked into all relevant funding support available including grants and tips for accessing finance.

Roya will share experiences and best practice to accelerate your growth plans and profitability while utilising her extensive network to make relevant introductions. She has extensive strategic, sales & marketing and people leadership experience and as a coach providing tailored support, developing strong sustainable foundations for growth.

She is passionate about innovation and business adaptability and has the ability to absorb and assess situations quickly to deliver measurable impacts.

She is currently the Founder MD of Alloy Business Innovation Ltd, Finance Advisor on grant programmes and Senior Growth Champion Manager at EM3 Growth Hub.
