He has supported the Woking Works programme for more than 10 years during which time he has advised hundreds of local start-ups on the key steps to establishing a successful business.

Richard runs his own business coaching consultancy, Stratagems Business Solutions helping businesses of all sizes regardless of sector to maximise their growth potential.
